Now we have the basics of the wheel adaptor. This will be the link between the Formula Renault uprights we are using and the F1 wheels needed to run with F1 tyres rather than the smaller Formula Renault tyres. This is a complicated piece and at the rear will link to the main drive shafts which will need to be lonfer than usual to clear the wider F1 floor on the car.
